I wont say much.

We lacked passion and desire to win for England!

There was no emotion on Terrys face when England went 4-1 down, but when he missed a pen in Champions League final he was in tears.

What we need to do is give different players a chance and make sure the so called regulars (eg. Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard, Terry etc) know that they arent going to play every game if they play toss.

Get players in who actually want to battle and win for England (The most emotional country in the world)

If Carlsberg did speeches!
