After a long hard year… which has seen two stag do’s, a wedding (plus one pending), a deported team member, a team member deciding to pack up and travel the world to find “the inner Pob,” a centre back – Back injury and much more… the season is finally over and the Allstars are champions of Chorley for the first time in their eight year history.

AND NOW IT IS TIME TO START CELEBRATING!!!!

The Allstars end of season do is going to be a little different this year. We will still be getting drunk, eating and awarding trophies to the stand out players of the season; however our drunken debauchery will be had at a good old fashioned BBQ this year instead of a restaurant.

There will be many benefits to the Hawaiian themed BBQ, none less than the early 2:00pm start giving more drinking time and more time for merriment and Celebration of this momentous season.

As mentioned, the BBQ is Hawaiian themed, so gentlemen don your Hawaiian Shirts – all that attended my stag should have no problem on this front, and ladies get them grass skirts, lei’s and coconut bra’s on!

The BBQ will be held at Dogs house, as he kindly volunteered the venue for our celebrations, and I will give everyone directions and further location details once they confirm attendance and closer to the time.

THE DATE AND START TIME FOR THE BBQ WILL BE SATURDAY 20th JUNE 2009 @ 14:00 HOURS.

It would be great to see you all there, as this has been a fantastic season for the Allstars and we would all like to see it finish with a big bang.

So, for those of you who have played or been involved this season come and celebrate YOUR VICTORY & YOUR TITLE SUCCESS. And for those of you who are Allstars affiliated through friends, family or through no choice of your own, come down for a great time and to show your support for the mighty Allstars.
